You can enjoy the sun here in total privacy.  Pentcasa is on the 3^rd floor, no lift but good for fitness!  There’s a nice roof terrace above.

You’ll find everything you need in this 28m² apartment. We have a  very comfortable double bed (190cmx140cm) in the bedroom equipped with a spring mattress, duvets and pillows in best quality.  The large window in this room gives wonderful northerly views of the Monchique Hills.

The compact bathroom with shower, toilet, bidet and washbasin is on the south side of the apartment, with a small window letting in plenty of light.

The living room has a comfy sofa, bar table and kitchenette with hand painted tiles. A large glazed door leads to the balcony with more seating.  There’s also a large BBQ, deckchair and parasol.  The balcony stretches round 2 sides of the building, so there’s always the option of sun or shade.  The position of the windows to the north means there’s no need for air conditioning.

In the block there are 5 other owner-occupier apartments.  There’s a good local atmosphere downstairs at the café and at the snack bar nextdoor.  Enjoy a delicious expresso for just 70 cents!  Free parking’s also available.

The bus to Portimão or  Alvor  stops around the corner.

There’s a small supermarket, a hairdresser, a bakery and café, and a fine restaurant all within 100 meters of the apartment.  And just 1300m away is one of the most beautiful beaches in the world – long expanses of sand with amazing rock formations.Just 2km away there’s a choice of Praia de Vau, Prainha and Praia dos 3 Irmaos.  The resort of Alvor, and Portimao Shopping Centre, Aldi and Lidl are also all just 2km away.
